Q: What is apothena.com?
A: Apothena.com is an online market for truly natural skincare, haircare, & cosmetics. We only represent and sell brands (many handcrafted) that share our definition of what natural should be: NO Sulfates, NO Parabens, NO Artificial Colors or Fragrances. Let the other guys sell "all natural" skincare. At apothena.com you can get better than natural. Truly natural.
Q: Where are you located and do you have a physical store where I can visit and shop?
A: Our office and distribution center is located in Henderson, Nevada. Currently, apothena.com is an online-only store. We do not have a "brick-and-mortar" location that is open to the public.
Q: How do I place an order?
A: The entire ordering process is done through this website. Each product page will have an "add to cart" button that you can click when you want to purchase that particular item. Your cart total is always visible on the right side of the screen. When you are ready to finalize your order, you can start the checkout process from the shopping cart page. Q: What are your shipping charges and how long will it take to receive my order?

Q: I would like to call my order in, do you have a phone number that I can call to speak with someone?
A. Currently we do not have a dedicated toll-free customer service line. We are usually busy packing orders and are not always by the phones. We'd rather eliminate phone calls altogether than make you reach an answering machine. We check emails hourly and respond ASAP, so if you have any questions about products or need any information, please fill out our contact form or send an email to customerservice@apothena.com. You will receive a response from a real person!
Q: Do you sell wholesale?
A: Apothena.com is a retailer (store) for the brands you see on the site. Although we may add wholesale in the future, at this time our commitment is to servicing consumers with their natural skincare needs. |
