Apothena.com will be closed the entire month of August for an extended vacation and site upgrade.
No orders will be accepted during this time except for: Wild Sage Botanicals & Mermaid Says
Through a special arrangement with these two brands, Apothena.com will be accepting orders for their products. Orders will ship direct from either Wild Sage or Mermaid Says to you (so you may receive multiple packages).
Please allow a few days for Mermaid & Wild Sage to receive and process your order.
We understand the inconvenience this may cause, but we are confident that it will all be worth it in the end! We appreciate your patience and expect to be back up in early September.

We've worked hard to make ordering as painless as possible. If at any time you have any questions or problems with the ordering process and need assistance, please send an email to customerservice@apothena.comand we will respond to you as soon as possible.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation detailing your purchase. We'll start processing your order right away and will ship your natural skin care within 1-3 business days (sometimes products go out of stock, so you will be notified by email if any delay in shipment is required). You will also receive an email once your package has shipped.
In the U.S. we use USPS Priority Mail & First Class Mail to send products to you. Shipping times, once the package leaves our facility, range from 2-3 business days (2-5 if using First Class Mail) depending on your location (4-5 days for shipments to Hawaii or Alaska). During the Holidays please allow for extra time due to potential USPS delays that are beyond our control.

U.S Customers: First Class Mail (2-5 day shipping time) available for most cosmetics, perfumes, and some skincare. For $3.95 you can ship all the makeup samples and full sizes you want. Many products throughout the store qualify for $3.95. During checkout you'll see the shipping options your order qualifies for. Skincare items that qualify include Wild Sage Botanicals Clear Skin Stick & Country Rose Soap Co. Herbal Blemish Tincture. Aromatherapy oils also qualify for First Class Mail. If it's small, lightweight, and not too bulky, it most likely will qualify! Currently soap bars do not qualify.
International First Class Mail: We now offer this method as a convenience to our international customers wishing to use a more economical shipping method. Please understand that apothena.com cannot make any guarantees as to transit time or delivery with this method. No tracking or delivery confirmation is available. This is a "use at your own risk" method that can take 2-3 weeks.
Orders shipping to Nevada must pay applicable sales tax.
International Customers: We cannot be held responsible for delays at customs and cannot guarantee how long a package will take to clear customs. Shipments to Canada have taken up to 2 weeks. Please allow enough time when placing your order.
Payment Methods
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), Debit cards (with Visa or MC logo) and payments made via PayPal. We do not accept personal checks or money orders.
Return Policy
Apothena.com will accept returns if you are unhappy with a product within 30 days of receiving it. Samples, Sample-sized or travel-sized items are not returnable (including travel sets). Honeybee Gardens Lipsticks, Perfumes, Earth's Beauty Full Size Foundation, Eye Shadow and Blush are not returnable (we recommend you purchase samples first). To issue a return, please send an email to returns@apothena.com. Include your order # and the product(s) you would like to return, and we'll take it from there. We'll email you instructions on how to send products back and where to send them. Apothena.com is not responsible for return shipping and we cannot reimburse any shipping charges. If, however, the wrong item was shipped to you or the product was damaged during shipment, please email us immediately at customerservice@apothena.com!
